Kevin and I thought that the amount of tuna filling was a little sparse for these, and would recommend that you double the amount of tuna, salsa, and green onion to cover the 4 tortillas. He suggested that you try low sodium tuna and whole wheat tortillas to make it a little healthier. He recommends them as a great after school snack. 1 can Clover Leaf solid light tuna in water, drained
1/4 cup of your favourite salsa
3 green onions, chopped
4 twelve inch tortillas
125 g (4 oz) spreadable cream cheese
In a bowl, stir together the tuna, salsa, and green onions, breaking up the bits of tuna as you go. Lay out the tortillas on the counter and spread them with cream cheese right to the edges. Divide the tuna mixture between the tortillas, spreading within an inch of the edges. Roll the tortillas up tightly, making sure that the cream cheese seals them. Slice into 2 inch pieces.
