Sizzling Beef with Scallions and Black Bean Sauce


I swear it's been a Jamie Oliver week here in the Cookie Jar. Don't worry, I am cooking other recipes. It just sorta happened that everything I cooked came out of my Food Revolution Cookbook this week!

Tonight I came home late, and Jake was insistent that we just HAD to try this recipe for dinner. Yummers! My only complaint is that the black bean sauce we used was incredibly salty. Does anyone know a brand that isn't? I'd like to make this again, but the salt content would really make me re-consider. Despite that, it was fast and delicious.
